Who We Are
Jerry Montgomery, Ph.D.
Received his Ph.D. in Geophysics from the University of Utah. As a
young man in the 1950's Jerry Montgomery became interested in rocketry
and nuclear physics along with collecting rocks and fossils. In school
math, science and electronics ultimately lead to physics. In college
Jerry learned there was a way to combine rock collecting with physics
which lead to geophysics. Jerry obtained a B.S. at Weber State College
in Physics and his Ph.D. at the U of U. For forty plus year's
geophysics was foremost and Jerry invented and patented AquaTrack
technology that maps groundwater. He has also developed several other
proprietary technologies. Jerry's career includes working for the US
army in NBC (nuclear, biological and chemical defense). For Jerry
nuclear physics always lurked in his background.
Rondo Jeffery, Ph.D.
Received his Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Illinois. As a
young man in the '50's Rondo Jeffery built rockets and radios. However
he was having more fun than he ought, until after a small explosion
the rockets disappeared. Rondo liked to see his experiments without a
microscope so he followed a path to physics. Rondo obtained a B.S. and
M.S. in physics at BYU and earned his Ph.D. at the U of I. Rondo
taught Physics at Weber State University for more than 20 years were
he taught Modern Physics and developed the Nuclear Physics Lab.
